Types of Plants:

​

  • Succulents - Aloe, Jade, Echeveria, Ponytail Palm

Lighting - Bright, direct light

Position - South facing window

Watering - When soil is completely dry, about 1/4 cup every 2-3 weeks

Tips - No need to mist.

Maintenance Level - Minimal, 2 out of 5

  • ZZ Plant

Lighting - Low, indirect lighting. Can survive in shade

Position - North facing area

Watering - Water 1/2 cup every 1-2 weeks 

Tips - Very easy to grow & keep alive. 

Maintenance Level - Sporadic, 1 out of 5

  • Snake Plant

Lighting - Low, indirect lighting. Can survive in shade

Position - North facing area

Watering - Water 1/2 cup every 2-3 weeks 

Tips - No need to mist.

Maintenance Level - Sporadic, 1 out of 5

  • Money Tree

Lighting - Medium to Bright Indirect 

Position - West facing wall

Watering - When soil is dry 1-2" from top. Soak pot & drain well.  

Tips - Keep in 1 place, doesn't like to be moved around.

Maintenance Level - Low, 3 out of 5

  • Bromeliad & Dracena

Lighting - Medium to Bright Indirect 

Position - East window is best for Bromeliads. South & West facing window.

Watering - Water inside rosette to full when 1-2" soil is dry. Okay to mist every other day during warmer seasons. 

Tips - Over watering will turn leaves brown. Okay with afternoon shade.

Maintenance Level - Low, 3 out of 5

  • Phalaenopsis Orchids

Lighting - Low to Bright Indirect 

Position - East window is best. South & West facing window shade.

Watering - Place 3 ice cubes on top of soil once a week.  

Tips - Rotate plant occasionally for equal growth.

Maintenance Level - Low, 3 out of 5
